We use WebSitePulse.com for all of our third-party server monitoring. These uptime statistics are provided for customer reference.

Please also note that the server is monitored every 60 minutes, so when a server is offline and is checked, it is shown as down it will then take 60 minutes before the monitoring service makes it's next check. This would then look like the server has been down for 60 minutes. In reality the server is only ever down for just a few minutes every now and then for maintenance, upgrades and reboots. We also schedule these downtimes to be off peak to have the least impact to your sites.
